• Medicare Part B, Railroad Medicare
• Medicare Replacement Plans:  AARP Medicare Complete, Humana, WellCare, HealthNet, Aetna
• AHCCCS: Bridgeway, Phoenix Health Plan, Evercare, APIPA,CMDP

We also accept the following Commercial Contracts:

If you have medical insurance that we are not contracted with, we will bill your insurance company for the services rendered, however payment will be due at the time of service.
